Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping in the UAE?
Yes! We offer free shipping across all seven Emirates with no minimum order value.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery within the UAE takes 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the GCC (free shipping to Qatar on orders above AED 800) and to selected countries worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Abayas are sized by length rather than standard clothing sizes, as they're designed to be loose-fitting and flowy. Please refer to our Size Chart Guide to measure and choose your perfect length.

What if my abaya doesn't fit?
No problem - we offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase (see Returns below).

Fabric & Care

What fabrics do you use?
Our abayas are crafted from premium fabrics including Nida, Japanese Nida, Linen, Crepe, Organza, Chiffon and Satin - chosen for comfort, drape and durability in the UAE climate.

How should I care for my abaya?
We recommend gentle hand wash or a delicate machine cycle in cold water, and air drying away from direct sunlight to preserve the fabric and any embellishments.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase, subject to availability.

When are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued for damaged or defective items and processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.

Orders & Payment

How can I pay?
We accept secure card payments, Apple Pay, and Tabby & Tamara - so you can pay later or split your order into interest-free instalments. All payments are processed through our encrypted, secure checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests can be accommodated before your order is processed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
