Infinite Vibes - Order Cancellation, Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Infinite Vibes, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our policy regarding order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds:

Order Cancellation:

1. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before the order has been processed for shipping. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Policy:

1. We accept returns within 3 days of the purchase date.
2. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
3. Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only, unless the product is damaged or defective.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Exchange Policy:

1. Exchanges are allowed within 07 days of the purchase date.
2. The item(s) must be in unused condition and with all original tags attached.
3. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds are issued only in the case of damaged or defective items.
2. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return/exchange.
3. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s).

• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.
